Jo’s Place is a small quaint cottage in a rural area. It has central heat and air conditioning. Sleeps six with the use of air mattress and roll-away bed. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a Satellite TV. The living room has a sofa bed, electric fireplace, reclining love-seat, phone, Satellite TV, DVD, VCR and choice of tapes. We have a regular size roll-away bed. There is a front porch and back deck with a charcoal grill and dining set. It has a full bath, full tub with shower, bath linens and toiletries. There is a full kitchen with a full size stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, mixer, coffee pot, pots, pans, dishes and linens. It has a full laundry for your convenience. Wheelchair ramp: no steps to front door.

The house is located 11 miles from the south entrance to the Big South Fork Park Recreation Area and just over 7 miles from the Honey Creek Loop Train. The Zenith Horse Stables is just 4.5 miles. It is 13 miles from the Burnt Mill Bridge. It is also just a few miles from the Historic New England town of Rugby. It is about 10-12 miles from one of Tennessee's oldest wineries. It is about 6 miles from the town of Allardt, TN where the Annual Pumpkin Festival is held the first weekend of October. It is about 9 miles from Hwy 127, the center of the World's Longest Yard Sale that is held the first Thursday through Sunday of August each year.
